<p>It was hard to tell if this street foosball setup was the French poking fun at themselves for their <a href="http://www.csmonitor.com/World/Europe/2010/0622/France-s-World-Cup-soccer-woes-rock-French-society">horrible, hilarious showing at the World Cup</a>. Or if that&#8217;s really how their team trains for the World Cup.</p>
