Previously, I went on a rant about how the Obama administration was being heavy-handed in keeping Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan under wraps. Today, they released thousands of documents relating to Kagan from the Clinton library.

Great news. So why even bother making it look like she had something to hide in the first place?
